Returns & Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@studiofe.de or use the cancellation button available in the footer of the shop for customers within the European Union.

Please note that returned items must be in their original condition:

• Unused and undamaged

• In the original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns will only be accepted if they have been approved in advance.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

No restocking fee will be charged.

Fine Art Prints

All photography fine art prints by STUDIO F|E are produced individually upon receipt of your order.

Please note that our prints are made to order and are not held in stock. Each print is produced specifically for the respective order and shipped directly after production.

We therefore recommend carefully reviewing the artwork, size and product details before completing your purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@studiofe.de and include photographs of both the product and the packaging.

We will review the issue as quickly as possible and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
