1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online shop of STUDIO F|E.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products contained in your shopping cart.

The purchase contract is concluded once we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

3. Products

The products offered in this shop consist of photographic Fine Art Prints.

Please note:

• All Fine Art Prints are produced individually upon receipt of an order.

• Minor variations in colour, tone and appearance may occur due to technical factors, including different screen and display settings.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed in the shop are shown in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes where required by law.

Shipping costs may apply and will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges may apply. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment can be made using the payment methods available in the shop.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during the checkout process.

All Fine Art Prints are produced individually upon receipt of an order and shipped through our fulfillment partner. No products are held in stock.

Production and delivery times may vary depending on the selected product, print size, destination country and production capacity.

Estimated delivery times are provided during the ordering process or within the shipping information of the shop. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International shipments may be subject to additional delays due to customs clearance procedures or local shipping providers.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of STUDIO F|E until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights applicable under German law shall apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, liability shall be limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

Liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

10. Intellectual Property

All artworks, photographs, images, texts and other content displayed in the shop are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

The purchase of a Fine Art Print does not transfer any copyright, licensing or usage rights.

Any reproduction, distribution, publication or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
