Shipping & Delivery
Each STUDIO F|E Fine Art Print is individually produced to order and carefully prepared for shipment.
Production and fulfillment are handled by our professional printing and fulfillment partner, WhiteWall.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the selected product, print size and destination country.
The applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before your order is completed.
Delivery Times
As each print is produced individually, production and delivery times may vary.
Estimated delivery times are displayed during the ordering process. Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional delays due to customs clearance procedures or local shipping providers.
Packaging
Before shipment, every Fine Art Print is carefully inspected by hand and packaged in a professional art-security packaging specifically designed for high-quality photographic prints.
This packaging provides optimal protection during transit and helps ensure that your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment at any time.
International Orders
We ship worldwide.
Please note that orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@studiofe.de and include clear photographs of both the product and the packaging.
We will review the issue as quickly as possible and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
